What it tests.

A first-job lettings hire will be trained on the regulations on the job. What you cannot train fast is the behaviour: curiosity, coachability, communication and grit. This assessment puts a candidate into a Kingsway & Roe lettings scenario and tests how they think under pressure, with no prior lettings knowledge assumed.
